This is how he dresses furniture, decorates mantels, woodwork, doors or balusters, often working alongside a cabinetmaker, sometimes also in high-end furniture factories specialising in the copying of antique furniture. This creative profession requires excellence in drawing and art history; mastery of volume in space is essential. Ten years of practice are necessary to master sculpture.
